<br />-4- <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />federal agencies for approval. <br />d) Prior to actual printing and delivering <br />of the final plans and specifications, <br />submit a copy to City for final review <br />and comments. <br />e) Make approved modifications and additions <br />to the contract drawings resulting from <br />City's final review. <br />f) Furnish to City when necessary the engineer- <br />ing data necessary for application for <br />permits required by local, state and federal <br />authorities, grants or planning advances, <br />provided that such data need not extend beyond <br />that actually developed in the performance of <br />the other convenants in this agreement. <br />g) Advise City of any adjustments to Engineer's <br />latest opinion of probable Improvements Cost <br />caused by changes in scope, design requirements <br />or construction costs and furnish a revised <br />opinion of probable Improvements Cost based <br />on the drawings and specifications. <br />h) Prepare bid forms, notice to bidders, instruc- <br />tions to bidders, general conditions and <br />supplementary conditions, and assist 1n the <br />preparation of other related documents. <br />i) Furnish twenty (20) copies of approved contract <br />drawings and specifications to City. All sets <br />of plans in excess of twenty (20) shall be <br />paid for separately. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />4. Bidding Phase <br /> <br />After written authorization to proceed with the <br /> <br />Bidding Engineer shall: <br /> <br />a) Prepare a bid tabulation sheet <br /> <br />b) Investigate prospective bidders and prepare <br /> <br />a recommendation regarding award of the <br /> <br />contract. <br />
