I I I -4- x. City agrees to provide all water connections and water necessary for the performance of this contract by Contractor and to provide for all road maintenance at said Cemetery. Contractor agrees that any water connections standing above ground that are destroyed or damaged by the acts of Contractor or his employees shall be replaced by Contractor at Contractor's expense. City also agrees to provide electrical connections and pay an amount equal to the minimum charge for electricity supplied to said Cemetery. Contractor agrees to pay all charges for electricity above theminlmum charge. XL Contractor agrees to provide City a Certificate of Insurance evidencing that Contractor is insured with general public liability insurance. Said policy of insurance shall provide for the following minimum coverage: $lOO,OOO.OO $300,000.00 $lOO,OOO.OO Personal injury per person Personal injury per occurrence Property damage XIT. Should the terms and conditions of this contract be violated by either party or the purpose of the making of this contract be lost by either party, this contract nay be terminated by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the other party citing the reasons or violations necessitating termination. This contract shall cease and terminate on the lapse of thirty (301 days following receipt of such written notice. Anynoney due and payable by City to Contractor shall be paid prior to the lapse of such thirty (301 days and in the event that termination does not coin- cide with pay periods established herein, Contractor shall be entitled to a pro rata payment on a per diem basis.
