<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br />x. <br /> <br />City agrees to provide all water connections and water necessary <br />for the performance of this contract by Contractor and to provide <br />for all road maintenance at said Cemetery. Contractor agrees that <br />any water connections standing above ground that are destroyed or <br />damaged by the acts of Contractor or his employees shall be replaced <br />by Contractor at Contractor's expense. City also agrees to provide <br />electrical connections and pay an amount equal to the minimum charge <br />for electricity supplied to said Cemetery. Contractor agrees to <br />pay all charges for electricity above theminlmum charge. <br /> <br />XL <br /> <br />Contractor agrees to provide City a Certificate of Insurance <br />evidencing that Contractor is insured with general public liability <br />insurance. Said policy of insurance shall provide for the following <br />minimum coverage: <br /> <br />$lOO,OOO.OO <br />$300,000.00 <br />$lOO,OOO.OO <br /> <br />Personal injury per person <br />Personal injury per occurrence <br />Property damage <br /> <br />XIT. <br /> <br />Should the terms and conditions of this contract be violated <br />by either party or the purpose of the making of this contract <br />be lost by either party, this contract nay be terminated by giving <br />thirty (30) days written notice to the other party citing the <br />reasons or violations necessitating termination. This contract <br />shall cease and terminate on the lapse of thirty (301 days following <br />receipt of such written notice.
