North- <br />craft by deed dated August 1, 1980 and recorded in <br />Volume Z Page Ill, Hays County Deed Records; <br /> <br />THENCE, continuing in a Northwesterly direction with <br />the Southwest line of the said PuIs tract, joining <br />the existing City Limits Line of the City of San <br />Marcos and continuing on to the West corner of the <br />said PuIs tract, for a Southwesterly corner of the <br />tract herein described, same being are-entrant <br />corner of the said existing City Limits; <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />THENCE, in a Northeasterly direction with the North- <br />west line of the said PuIs tract, and the said exist- <br />ing City Limits, to the North corner of the said <br />PuIs tract, same being on the Southwest line of that <br />tract of land conveyed to Alfredo Guerrero, Jr., by <br />Eulalia Guerrero, Executrix, by deed dated May 11, <br />1957 and recorded in Volume 171, Page 41, Hays County <br />Deed Records, for a re-entrant corner of the tract <br />herein described; <br /> <br />THENCE, leaving the said PuIs tract, in a Northwesterly <br />direction with the said existing City Limits and the <br />Southwest line of the said Guerrero tract to the South- <br />east line of the aforementioned Interstate Highway No. <br />35, for the West corner of the tract herein described; <br /> <br />THENCE, in a Northeasterly direction with the Southeast <br />line of the said Interstate Highway No. 35 and the said <br />existing City Limits, passing the North corner of the <br />said Guerrero tract, crossing the aforementioned Redwood I <br />Road, and continuing on to the POINT OF BEGINNING contain- <br />ing 266 acres of land, more or less, of which approximately <br />11 acres, more or less, lie within the Public Right of <br />Way of Redwood Road (FM 3407). <br /> <br />be, and the same lS hereby annexed to the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That the corporate limits of said City be, and <br />the same are hereby, extended to include said described territory. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. That said described territory shall henceforth <br />be a part of the City of San Marcos and any inhabitants thereof shall <br />be entitled to all the rights and privileges of all citizens, and <br />shall be bound by the acts and ordinances, resolutions and regulations <br />of said Ci ty. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
