<br />O. Perform Project Management and coordination of activities. <br />1. Meet with City staff and user representatives to determine initial and ultimate <br />requirements of the reclaimed water facilities. <br />2. Prepare preliminary design dra\l(i.ngs, including overall dimensions and configurations <br />for the following reclaimed water system components: <br />a. WWTP Effluent Storage <br />b. Reclaimed Water Pump Station <br />c. Control Modifications <br />3. Prepare a revised opinion of probable construction costs. <br />4. Prepare a design memorandum establishing design criteria, initial and ultimate <br />capacities, control strategy and other significant design features. Submit one draft copy <br />of the memorandum to the City for City review and comment. Upon City's approval, <br />submit to City four final copies of the technical memorandum. <br />5. Meet with City in San Marcos to review' draft documents and receive City comments. <br />6. City will provide: <br />a. City design criteria <br />b. Identification offuture requirements <br /> <br />C. PHASE III FINAL DESIGN <br />O. Perform Project Management and coordination of activities. <br />1. Prepare Contract Documents, including plans and specifications, for the following: <br />a. Effluent Storage Structure <br />b. Reclaimed Water Pump Station <br />c. Piping, Controls and related site work. <br />2. Submit three sets of draft documents to City for City review and comment. <br />3. Meet "\\o1th City in San Marcos to review draft documents and receive City comments. <br />4. Prepare final contract documents and provide three sets to City. Submit set offinal <br />documents to ThTRCC. <br />S. Prepare revised estimate of probable construction cost. <br />6. City \1,:i.11 provide drawings in Microstation 95 for existing \,\'astewater treatment plant <br />site layout. filter area plan, yard piping, and relevant electrical and instrumentation. <br /> <br />D. PHASE IV BID ASSISTA...~CE (Up to 18 months after Final Document acceptance) <br />O. Perform Project Management and coordination of activities. <br />1. Meet 'with City in San Marcos to review project conditions and determine if design <br />changes are required. <br />2.
