<br />1 costs are not included in such total costs. The City reserves the right to verify all <br />2 costs associated with corrective maintenance exceeding S 15,000 through competitive <br />3 bid if necessary. GBRA shall not combine costs for repairs to multiple pieces of <br />4 equipment so that $15,000 is exceeded in an event. GBRA shall bear its portion of <br />5 costs as part of the Service Fee, and the City's share of costs for corrective <br />6 maintenance shall be paid as Changes in the Service Fee, as described in Section <br />7 6.07. GBRA will be fully responsible, without limitation on amount, for all costs <br />8 associated with the repair or in-kind replacement or renewal of a single piece of <br />9 equipment or other capital item that has failed, or the failure of which is determined <br />10 to be imminent, that the City determines in its sole discretion to be the result of <br />11 improper or insufficient maintenance by GBRA. <br />12 <br />13 ARTICLE 11 - REPORTING REQUIREMENTS <br />14 <br />15 GBRA shall be responsible for quality analysis to satisfy the State of Texas and federal <br />16 compliance reporting requirements and for process control quality analysis. GBRA shall be <br />17 responsible for all laboratory analyses required for regulatory compliance and process <br />18 control. <br />19 <br />20 Section 11.01 - Compliance Monitoring Reports <br />21 GBRA shall be responsible for analyses and reporting as required by the TNRCC and EP A. <br />22 Analytical and reporting parameters shall conform to the requirements of the TNRCC and <br />23 EP A, as may be amended. Copies of reports filed with State and Federal regulatory agencies <br />24 shall be concurrently submitted to the City. <br />25 <br />26 Section 11.02 - Operations Reporting Requirements <br />27 GBRA shall be responsible for the following operational information each month and <br />28 reportable no later than 10 days after the end of each month: <br />29 1. A summary of quantity and type of process chemicals used and on hand. <br />30 2. A description of Project shutdowns and repairs during the prior month and <br />31 predicted for the current month. <br />32 3. A list of adverse conditions which may be expected to arise during the current <br />33 month that may affect the ability of GBRA to treat raw water. <br />34 4. The results of any regulatory or insurance inspections conducted during the prior <br />35 month including follow-up actions by GBRA. <br />36 5. Other data that pertains to the operation of the Project that is to be furnished <br />37 monthly under the O&M Manual. <br />38 In addition, GBRA shall be responsible for the following operational information each day <br />39 and reported to the City no later than 11 :00 AM on the following day. <br />40 1. Raw water received <br />41 2. Treated water produced <br />42 3.
