GBRA shall be responsible for <br />6 the fo llowing maintenance information each month and reportable no later than 10 days after <br />7 the end of the month: <br />8 1. Summary of unscheduled repairs and action taken. <br />9 2. Summary of scheduled inspections and repairs and action taken or postponed. <br />10 3. Explanation for unscheduled repairs and postponements of repairs. <br />11 4. Inventory of repair parts. <br />12 5. Information on utility outages. <br />13 6. Quantities of utility services used during the most recent billed month, including <br />14 electricity, tonnage of sludge disposed of, and potable water used. <br />15 7. The results of safety inspections and tests. <br />16 8. Any other data that pertains to maintenance of the Project that is to be furnished <br />17 monthly under the O&M Manual. <br />18 <br />19 ARTICLE 12 - PERFORMANCE TESTING <br />20 <br />21 Section 12.01 - Performance Test Criteria. GBRA shall conduct a Performance Test to <br />22 demonstrate its ability to reliably produce water that meets the following criteria for a <br />23 continuous period of not less than 30 days: <br />24 1. Settled water turbidity of 1.0 NTU, or less for 85 percent of samples. <br />25 2. No two consecutive 4-hour settled water turbidity values shall be greater than 3 <br />26 NTC-. <br />27 3. Settled water total organic carbon (TOC) concentration shall meet the <br />28 concentration limits established in the Enhanced Coagulation matrix promulgated in <br />29 the pending Stage One Disinfectantl Disinfection By Product Rule. <br />30 4. A free chlorine residual of2.0 mg/l shall be maintained from the top of the filters <br />31 through the exit to the c1earwell. A 0.5 log inactivation of giardia and 2.0 log <br />32 inactivation of viruses shall be maintained at all times with the disinfection system. <br />33 5. A secondary chlorine residual of2.0 mg/l shall be maintained at all times in the <br />34 distribution system, measured at delivery from the high service pump station. <br />35 6. The concentrations of disinfection byproducts measured in the distribution system <br />36 shall not exceed the limits established in the pending Stage One <br />37 Disinfectant/Disinfection Byproducts Rule. <br />38 7. The finished water shall be free from apparent odor and from any objectionable <br />39 taste and odors. <br />40 8. The pH in the finished water shall be maintained at levels which are compatible <br />41 \vith the pH in the existing groundwater supply. <br />42 9.
