The property owner shall work with the Sail <br />Marcos Greenbelt Alliance (BKU[SA) to enamna the comairmoUom of trail connecting the <br />trei|hoed parking area along N. LBJ Drive to the Spring Lake Hills Preserve. This hoi| <br />will extend into the Preserve and connect tn the planned trail near the p[opmMv. The <br />property owner shall be responsible for paying for all materials necessary for tho <br />construction of the trail by the SMGA. In addition, the property um/mor shall be <br />neopVmeih|e for the construction Of a maximum of ten M0\ parking apmwam as part of the <br />\rai|head parking |o1 as illustrated in Exhibit B and appropriate oigDagm indicating the <br />park access oa approved by the Director of Parks, and Recreation.
