Consequently, the basic surveying services do not include establishing the
right-of-way line of Holland Street, showing ownership information, subdivision
information, easement information, deed information or showing utility information
from record maps,. It also does not include any research of city, county or state
records.

We understand that the City of San Marcos will provide G.P .S. control points as
horizontal and vertical control (NA VD 83) in the proximity of Holland Street. The
City will also provide seed files and symbol libraries for Microstation processing by
Baker-Aicklen & Associates.

An assessment will be made of the project area to evaluate compliance with the
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Existing ramps, sidewalks, and
obstructions will be evaluated along with the need for new ramps and walks to
comply with the ADA. Additional improvements such as retaining walls, or the
removal of obstructions will be included in the P.R. If the cost of proposed
sidewalks and curb ramps exceeds $50,000, the plans will be submitted to the City's
ADA Coordinator for review.
