<br />"Satisfactory for Further Processing", a public hearing can be scheduled. After the public hearing, <br />the Final EA will be submitted. <br /> <br />Task 10 Coordination <br /> <br />Team Coordination: Hicks & Company will assist the project team by exchanging pertinent <br />information associated with constraints, project alternatives, regulatory matters, public or <br />institutional concerns, and other important issues. This fee estimate assumes ten (10) team <br />meetings will be held with the City and the project team members in Phase 2 to coordinate issues <br />identification and resolution prior to submitting the draft Environmental Assessment. <br /> <br />Agency Coordination: As part of the proposed effort, Hicks & Company intends to communicate, <br />when appropriate, with local, state, and federal agencies and organizations regarding project <br />compliance with applicable environmental approvals. These entities include: <br /> <br />· Local, county and municipal government agencies <br />· U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service regarding federally threatened or endangered species <br />· Federal Emergency Management Agency and local flood management agency regarding <br />National Flood Insurance Program compliance <br />· Texas Parks & Wildlife Department regarding area parks, wildlife refuges, state-listed <br />endangered species, and compliance with TxDOTITPWD Memorandum of Understanding <br />· Natural Resource Conservation Service regarding Prime Fannlands <br />· Texas Natural Resources Conservation Commission regarding groundwater protection <br /> <br />All correspondence will be preserved for inclusion in the EA documen4 telephone or in-person <br />discussions with agency officials will be logged as part of the project file. <br /> <br />Task 11 Additional Reports <br /> <br />Additional summaries will be provided for preliminary archeological and historic architecture <br />surveys to assist the City in coordinating with the Texas Historical Commission and TxDOT as <br />they prepare recommendations regarding potential cultural resource impacts. Deliverable: <br />Reports appropriate for coordination with the THC, if necessary. <br /> <br />PHASE 2 DELlVERABLES: <br />Archeological and Historic Buildings and Structures Reports (as necessary) <br />Draft and Final Em,ironmental Assessment iilcluding Agency Coordination <br /> <br />ASSUMPTIONS (Used to Derive the Hicks & Company, IDe. Proposed Fee Estimate and <br />Scope of Services for the 'Vonder World Drive Extension in San Marcos, Texas): <br /> <br />Aerial photography for constraints mapping to be provided by the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />Aerial photography for schematic design to be provided by Rodriguez and Huggins, Inc. See <br />Attachment A for a copy of R&H's scope and fee estimate. <br /> <br />Meeting space for the stakeholder meeting, the public meeting, and the public hearing will be <br />furnished by the City of San Marcos.
