<br />submission of proposed. budgets to the city council, and the <br />council's formulation of budget policy statements. <br /> <br />PROPOSITION NO. 10 <br /> <br />FOR/AGAINST The amendment of Section 8.11 of the City Charter regarding <br />reproduction of the annual budget to delete outdated <br />terminology. <br /> <br />PROPOSITION NO. 11 <br /> <br />FOR/AGAINST The amendment of Subsection (a) of Section 12.01 of the City <br />Charter to allow persons who own businesses that sell goods <br />or services to the City to serve on City boards and <br />commissions, and to add a requirement that City board and <br />commission members file annual financial disclosure <br />statements with the City. <br /> <br />PROPOSITION NO. 12 <br /> <br />FOR/AGAINST The amendment of the last sentence of Section 5.05 of <br />the City Charter to change the date of runoff elections for <br />City officials from three weeks to four weeks after the <br />main election in order to conform to State law. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. The election precincts for the City election shall be substantially the <br />same precincts as those Hays County Election Precincts which are within the corporate <br />limits of the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
