Cultural resources. <br />c. Biological resources <br />d. Jurisdictional waters, including wetlands, as defined by the U.S. Army Corps <br />of Engineers <br />e. Floodplains <br />f. Environmental permit requirements <br />ENGINEER ASSUMES THAT COMPLIANCE WITH THE National <br />Environmental Policy Act will not be required and, therefore, that an Environmental <br />Infonnation document, Environmental Assessment, or Environmental Impact <br />Statement will not be required. If such documentation does become necessary to <br />satisfy the requirements of a federal regulatory agency, ENGINEER will provide such <br />services upon OWNER'S request as an additional service. <br />*NOTE: Cultural resources baseline conditions will be identified through written <br />consultation v.ith the Texas Historical commission, which may require a field survey <br />of the pipeline route and alternatives to obtain a clearance for construction. [f <br />required. the field survey would be performed by an archeological subcontractor on <br />an assumed construction easement width of 100 feet along the 19,000 foot pipeline <br /> <br />route. <br /> <br />7.
