Miscellaneous Items 1. With City approval, modify TxDOT or City standards for Project application as needed. 11. Provide final CD of all plan files and file name documentation as record of design sent to construction. lll. Submit 30%, 60%, 90% and final mylar plan sets and required documentation for each submittal. IV. Prepare reproduction set of the final design plans to be provided to TxDOT. v. Conduct a value engineering workshop pursuant to Federal and TxDOT requirements. VI. Provide Subsurface Utility Engineering ("SUE") for the Project at its main intersections pursuant to Attachment B of this Agreement. Service level Quality Level-B will be provided to locate utilities based on record information (QL-D) and visible utility surface features (QL-C). Quality Level A (QL-A) services for this project are included within this scope of service. The location of the ten QL- A test holes will be established by the City and Engineer once the QL-B information has been reviewed. Work will include: (a) Sealed plans that show collected information.
