Provide final CD of all plan files and file name documentation as record of design <br />sent to construction. <br /> <br />lll. <br /> <br />Submit 30%, 60%, 90% and final mylar plan sets and required documentation for <br />each submittal. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Prepare reproduction set of the final design plans to be provided to TxDOT. <br /> <br />v. Conduct a value engineering workshop pursuant to Federal and TxDOT <br />requirements. <br /> <br />VI. Provide Subsurface Utility Engineering ("SUE") for the Project at its main <br />intersections pursuant to Attachment B of this Agreement. Service level Quality <br />Level-B will be provided to locate utilities based on record information (QL-D) <br />and visible utility surface features (QL-C). Quality Level A (QL-A) services for <br />this project are included within this scope of service. The location of the ten QL- <br />A test holes will be established by the City and Engineer once the QL-B <br />information has been reviewed.
