Currently seven (7) of the eleven (11) <br />communities in Hays County participate in the NFIP. The cities of Hays, Mountain City, <br />Niederwald and Uhland do not participate in the NFIP and flood insurance is not available in <br /> Hays County, Texas <br /> Miligation Plan <br /> 119 <br />
