The Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000 requires that a community have an <br />a roved Ian that has been formally ado ted b the community prior to November 1, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />Havs County <br />On April 20, 2004, the Hays County Commissioner's Court formally adopted the _ Hays <br />County Mitigation Plan by resolution which is included in Plan Section 8.0. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City of Niederwald <br />The City of Niederwald formally adopted the 11II Hays County Mitigation Plan by <br />Resolution No. 07/904-R adopted July 19, 2004 which is included in Plan Section 8.0. <br /> <br />City of Mountain City <br />The City of Mountain City formally adopted the _ Hays County Mitigation Plan by <br />Resolution adopted August 3, 2004 which is included in Plan Section 8.0. <br /> <br />Villaee of Wimberley <br />The Village of Wimberley formally adopted the B.
