The committee is composed ofrepresentatives <br />from various County and City Departments dealing with planning, code enforcement, <br />emergency operations, Geographic Information System (GIS), public works & engineering, <br />administration, and environmental services. The chronological listing of <br />Mitigation Planning steps and accomplishments are listed in Section 1.2. Committee members <br />provided input and guidance in the plan development. During the month of July 2003, a <br />mitigation planning questionnaire was distributed to over] 00,000 residents within the county I <br />and incorporated communities via the Hays County website (www.co.havs.tx.us) and the San <br />Marcos City website (v.lww.ci.san-marcos.tx.us).
