1) Monitor and report site enclosure intrusion. <br />1.2.19 Provide all upgrades to the Software during the five (5) years following acceptance of the <br />System at no additional charges beyond the initial Software license fee included with the System <br />base proposal. <br />1.2.20 Ensure that the Software license will permit usage of up to four terminals, and computers <br />used by the City for control or monitoring of the warning system; without time limit and without <br />limitation of the number of sirens. <br />System Reports: <br />1.2.21 Configure the System to provide management reports, which may be obtained directly <br />from the computer. The System will allow for direct the reports to the monitor (CRT) or printer <br />as desired at the time the report is requested. The following list indicates typical reports, which <br />will be available from a selection menu: <br />a) Any system activity will be dated and timed into a "journal." <br />b) Operational status of all units defined to site location number. <br />c) Daily system history to one year (minimum). <br />d) Transactions reports with "sort" options by multiple fields. <br />e) Calendar date of all sites or site group activities. <br />f) Time of site or site group activation on a 24 -hour clock (military time). <br />1.2.22 Locations. Recommend siren site locations based on the Contractor's analysis of local <br />topography and other appurtenant data. The City will provide locations as close to the <br />recommended sites as possible. Final locations will be determined by the City with the aid of the <br />Contractor. <br />1.2.23 Upgrades and Substitutions. During the term of this Agreement, if any of the optional <br />equipment or software named in the Agreement is replaced in the Contractor's product line by <br />products performing the same functions, but using improved technology, and priced the same, <br />lower, or within seven percent (7 %) of the item originally specified, then the newer product may <br />be substituted with approval of the Contractor's project manager and the City's Project Manager. <br />This change will be executed in the form of an Authorization in Change of Services in <br />accordance with Section 1.3. <br />Outdoor Siren Warning System Agreement 6/2012 <br />11 <br />
