Together, the owner and <br />the Broaddus team will develop and prioritize a set of common goals and objectives consistent <br />with the City's Strategic Plan. We will decide the extent ofinvolvetnent of users and other <br />stakeholder groups, refine the schedule, and identify space on site that can be utilized by the <br />Broaddus team for planning work sessions. <br /> <br />Shortly after kick-off of the Phase 1- Initiation, we will initiate Phase 2- Analyis. This data <br />collection and preparation process will provide much of the information the planning team will <br />utilize to facilitate the critical planning, analysis, and implementation phases. <br /> <br />Phase 1: Tasks and Outcomes <br />· Conduct on-site project kick-off meeting with Technical Advisory Committee (City staff) <br />· Tour the existing facilities, sites and the urban district <br />. Identify stakeholder groups <br />. Refine the master planning schedule <br />· Identify a common area for on-site workshops <br />· Establish a guiding set of principles for the master plan <br />· Conduct kick-off session with the Citizens Advisory Committee (City Task Force) <br />. Initiate Phase 2- Analysis <br /> <br />Phase 2: Analvsis <br /> <br />This phase involves the accumulation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data necessaryt() <br />generate a realistic portrait of the service area. The Broaddus team will rely upon existing data, <br />studies, visual assessments, reports, and interviews. Surveys (including topographical, boundary, <br />and utility infrastructure) <br />.
