<br /> Consultant. <br /> G. More than one inspection for substantial completion or more than one <br /> inspection for final completion. <br /> H. Required attendance at more than 16 total meetings/presentations <br /> with the City, or others on the City's behalf. This limit does not include <br /> project construction meetings which coincide with the Consultant's <br /> routine field observation work. <br /> 1.6.3 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by <br /> Engineer must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form <br /> attached to this Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be <br /> in addition to that specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 5.2 of this <br /> Agreement. The approval of the City's governing body is necessary for all additional <br /> services the compensation for which exceeds $15,000. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> The City will: <br /> 2.1 Provide full information to the Consultant regarding the City's requirements for the <br /> Consultant's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Consultant with <br /> copies of official City design standards and construction standards, and other data and <br /> information in the City's possession needed by the Consultant at the Consultant's request. <br /> 2.2 Ken Claybourn will be the City's Project Manager and authorized representative to <br /> act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City will examine the <br /> documents and information submitted by the Consultant and promptly render responses <br /> to the Consultant on issues requiring a decision by the City. <br /> 2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter <br /> public and private property as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 2.4 Be responsible for the cost of printing and binding of the bid documents. <br /> 2.5 The City will bear all costs incident to this Article. <br /> ARTICLE 3 <br /> CONSTRUCTION COST <br /> 3.1 DEFINITION <br /> 3.1.1 The construction cost will be the total cost or estimated cost to the City of all <br /> 12 <br />
