<br /> 1.8.3 Develop participant surveys. <br /> 1.8.4 Recruit local restaurant to supply food and drink to volunteers the day of event. <br /> 1.8.5 Arrange for electricity and water at collection site. <br /> 1.8.6 Site set-up the day before the collection event, trailer delivery, tent set up, tables <br /> and chairs, traffic barricades, cones, hazmat tent, recycling tent, etc. <br /> 1,9 Task 8 - Reporting <br /> For each collection event, the Consultant will: <br /> 1.9.1 Track grant budget, determine dollar amount available for each event. <br /> 1.9.2 Prepare and submit for City's review and approval all progress reports, the financial <br /> report, final results report, the follow up results report, form PT-S1, Form PT-R1, the waste <br /> diversion tracking form, and the applicable R1 form, as well as any other reports and <br /> documentation necessary in compliance with TNRCC and CAPCO requirements. <br /> 1.9.3 Summary report to community leaders after each event. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> The City will: <br /> 2,1 Provide full information to the Consultant regarding the City's requirements for the <br /> Consultant's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Consultant with <br /> copies of data and information in the City's possession needed by the Consultant at the <br /> Consultant's request. <br /> 2,2 Richard Medina is the authorized representative to act on the City's behalf with <br /> respect to this Agreement. The City will examine the documents and information submitted <br /> by the Consultant and promptly render responses to the Consultant on issues requiring a <br /> decision by the City. <br /> 2,3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter <br /> public and private property as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 2,4 Review all reports and documentation prepared and submitted to the City by the <br /> Consultant in compliance with CAPCO and TNRCC regulations. <br /> 5 <br />
