<br />be specified by separate written Agreement between the Engineer and its subconsultants and will <br />be subject to each provision of this Agreement. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1.1.5 Any provisions in this Agreement pertaining to the City's review, approval and/or <br />acceptance of written materials prepared by the Engineer and/or its subconsultants, contractors, <br />and subcontractors in connection with this Agreement will not diminish the Engineer's <br />responsibility for the materials. <br /> <br />1.1.6 Engineer will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Engineer will <br />advise the City of data and information the Engineer needs to perform its services, and the <br />Engineer will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1- CONCEPT PLAN <br /> <br />The Engineer will; <br /> <br />1.2.1 Assist in preparing the conceptual plan in accordance with the City's Land Development <br />Code requirements and coordinate the refinements with The Village of San Marcos Board of <br />Directors. <br /> <br />1.2.2 Evaluate parking requirements for the separate uses of the ultimate build-out of the I <br />Project utilizing building footprints and footages provided to the Engineer by The Village. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Refine proposed building locations with respect to proposed property lines and building <br />setback requirements and verify property lines for each building and use. <br /> <br />1.2.4 Prepare and provide a preliminary concept plan to The Village's Board and to the City <br />for review and approval. Attend a maximum of two (2) Village Board meetings for presentation, <br />discussion and approval. <br /> <br />1.2.5 Prepare and submit the final concept plan to the City for review and approval. In <br />addition, prepare and submit the application for a concept plan to the City. Address City review <br />comments, if any, and submit updated plan, if required. <br /> <br />1.2.6 Attend one (1) Planning and Zoning Commission meeting for approval action. <br /> <br />1.2.7 Furnish copies of the City-approved Concept Plan to the City and to the Village at no <br />additional costs to the City.
