<br />I <br /> <br />1.2.8 <br /> <br />Provide training for related services wherein the Consultant will: <br /> <br />A) Provide work flow training by City department; <br />B) Provide work flow training for City management; <br />C) Provide installation and programming training; <br />D) Provide computer and software training; <br />E) Provide billing and AMR integration training; and <br />F) Perform Meter/MUI Maintenance and Troubleshooting. <br /> <br />1.3 ADDITIONAL SERVICES/CHANGE IN SERVICES <br /> <br />1.3.1 The City may direct the Consultant to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Services described in Sections 1.1 through 1.2 above. The Consultant will submit a written <br />estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional <br />services. <br /> <br />1.3.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Consultant <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services from attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 13.2 of this Agreement. The approval of <br />the City's governing body is necessary for all additional services, the compensation for which <br />exceeds $25,000. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />2.1 provide full information to the Consultant regarding the City's requirements for the <br />Consultant's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Consultant with copies of <br />data and other information in the City's possession needed by the Consultant at the Consultant's <br />request. <br /> <br />2.2 Designate Ramona Brown, Information Technology Administrator, as the City's Project <br />Manager and authorized representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. <br />The City will examine the documents and information submitted by the Consultant and promptly <br />render responses to the Consultant on issues requiring a decision by the City. <br /> <br />2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Consultant to enter public <br />and private properly as required for the Consultant to perform its services under this Agreement. <br /> <br />2.4 Bear all costs incidental to this Article. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Automated Meter Reading Contract <br /> <br />Page 5 of 14 <br />
