food containers, and all other waste matter which is likely to attract flies or vermin. <br /> <br />Garbage container means a plastic, metal or fiberglass receptacle used to store garbage and <br />rubbish. <br /> <br />Hazardous waste means any chemical, compound, mixture, substance or article designated <br />as a "hazardous waste material" under state or federal law. <br /> <br />Recyclable materials means garage or rubbish material that still has useful physical or <br />chemical properties after serving its original purpose and that can be reused or <br />remanufactured into other products. <br /> <br />Recyclable materials container means a plastic receptacle used to store recyclable materials. <br /> <br />Recycling center means a facility operated by a private contractor that is open to the public <br />and to city offices for deposit of recvclable materials. <br /> <br />Recycling; center services means the operation of a facility operated by a private contractor <br />for deposit of recyclable materials by the public and by city offices. <br /> <br />Residential unit means a room or set of rooms suitable for residential use by a single family, <br />including a single-family dwelling, towl~house, apartment or condominium unit. <br /> <br />Rubbish means nondecayable solid waste, including wood, wood products, grass cuttings, <br />plants, leaves, paper, cardboard, cloth, leather, footwear, ashes, cinders, floor sweepings, <br />glass, mineral or metallic materials, and all other waste materials other than bulky waste, <br />construction debris, garbage, hazardous waste, stable matter or yard waste. <br /> <br />Solid waste includes garbage, rubbish, bulky waste, construction debris, stable matter and <br />dead animals. <br /> <br />Stable matter means all manure and other waste matter normally accumulated in an animal, <br />livestock or poultry stable or enclosure and resulting t¥om the keeping of animals, poultry <br />or livestock. <br /> <br />See. 66.026. Solid waste and recycling center Ci.%[ services. <br /> <br />(a) Solid waste collection and disposal services will be provided by the city's contract solid <br />waste service to: <br /> <br /> (1) Residential units on premises on which not more than four residential units are <br />located; and <br /> <br /> (2) Residential units on premises with more than four residential units, if approved <br />under section 66.032. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
