1.12.5 Develop financing alternatives and identify potential funding partners as part of the CIP. <br /> <br />I. 12.6 Accompany City staff on up to 4 coordination meetings with potential funding partners or <br />permitting agencies. <br /> <br />1.12.8 Deliverables: Summary of selected strategies, prioritized strategy list, 10-year CIP <br />(MSWord, Excell, .pdf) <br /> <br />1.13 TASK 12 - DRAFT AND FINAL WATER SUPPLY MASTER PLAN <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.13.1 Prepare a preliminary draft Water Supply Master Plan for City review and approval. The <br />report will document the process and findings of Tasks 1-12. Each selected strategy will be <br />presented with implementation costs, environmental, construction, operation, and long term <br />dependability issues. The Master Plan will also include the 10-year CIP and a section presenting <br />funding options and opportunities. Incorporate City comments into draft report. <br /> <br />1.13.2 Present information contained in the draft report at scheduled City Council workshop open <br />to the public. <br /> <br />1.13.3 Make copies of draft report available for review at City facilities and for downloading from <br />the City's Web site. Receive and review comments for up to 30 days after the report is issued. <br /> <br />1.13.4 Meet with the City to review all comments within 20 days of the close of the comment period. <br /> <br />I. 13.5 Prepare a final version of the Water Snpply Master Plan, addressing the comments within 30 <br />days of the meeting. <br /> <br />1.13.6 Deliverables: Draft Water Supply Master Plan: ten (I 0) copies and one electronic format in <br />.pdf format. Final Water Snpply Master Plan: twenty (20) copies and one electronic format in .pdf. <br /> <br />1.14 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />1.14.1 The City may direct the Consultant to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Services described in Sections 1.1 through 1.13 above. The Consultant will submit a written <br />estimate of fees to the City and obtain the City's authorization before initiating any additional <br />services <br /> <br />1.14.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Consultant must <br />be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attaclm~ent A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 4.2 of this Agreement. The approval of the <br /> <br /> <br />
