- )D'fC- Auctioneer will require bidders to sign bidder registration cards; (e) provide Buyer's Guides for each person attending the auction. The guides will consist of a brief description of all items to be sold, including lot numbers and vehicle descriptions; (f) key bidder information into the computer for title work information, tracking purposes, any reference information, payment information, checkout information, and all records; (g) prior to the auction, announce that each bidder must be properly registered; (h) begin recording the auction on audio cassette tapes and make pertinent announcements to bidders; (i) begin auction promptly at 10 a.m.; U) record each item sold on pre-printed computer generated clerking sheets; (k) compile records of successful sales under each registered bidders's number and tabulate all sales through the computer; . (I) announce repeatedly throughout the sale that all sales are final, that buyers will pay Auctioneer at the time of the sale and that all merchandise must be picked up by buyers and removed from the auction premises not later than the close of the sale; (m) throughout the sale and upon conclusion of the auction, instruct bidders to turn in their registration numbers and pay at the cashier table. The cashiers will turn in bidder numbers to the Computer Operator who will print an automated invoice for each buyer. Invoices will include the buyer's name address, telephone number, tax identification number, driver's license number, all items purchased (including lot number, description and price) and applicable taxes. provide all buyers with a receipt for all sales; (n) collect the correct amount of the sale price for each lot or item from the buyer, together with all applicable sales taxes. (0) make copies of all bills of sale for the City's and County's records and will provide buyers with the original documents for registration purposes; and 4
