<br /> - :Jot( þ <br /> (p) print out auction reports in triplicate after the auction has concluded <br /> and all buyers have paid out. Auction reports will contain auction lot <br /> numbers, City or County fixed asset numbers, vehicle identification <br /> numbers, buyer numbers, all buyer information, total dollar amount of <br /> the auction, and the fee due to the Auctioneer. Auctioneer will <br /> provide the City and County each with one copy of each auction <br /> report on the day of the auction. <br /> 1.1.16 Auctioneer will collect all payments from bidders in the forms described in <br /> subsection 1.1.13. <br />. i <br />\ <br /> 1.1.17 Auctioneer will remit the correct amount of sales tax to the State Comptrollers <br /> Office for both the City and the County within 10 days after the auction. <br /> 1.1.18 Auctioneer will provide to the City and County a full accounting report of each <br /> respective entity's sales at the auction within two bank days after the date of the auction. <br /> Each will include the following: <br /> (a) auction lot number; <br /> (b) City or County fixed asset number, if one exists; <br /> (c) description of the item sold; <br /> (d) serial number of the item sold, if one exists; . <br /> (e) buyer number; <br /> (f) buyer name and address; <br /> (g) dollar amount of the sale; <br /> (h) the fee due to Auctioneer. <br /> Auctioneer will bear all losses associated with any checks accepted for payment at the <br /> auction that are not honored. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> The City will: <br /> 2.1 Thirty days prior to each auction, provide the Auctioneer with a preliminary list of <br /> items to be sold prior to the commencement of advertising by the Auctioneer. A more <br /> detailed listing of items will be provided by the City at least two days prior to the auction. <br /> The City reserves the right to add or delete items for sale for any reason until the time of <br /> the actual sale. <br /> 2.2 Be responsible for transporting all movable City property to the auction site <br /> beginning one day prior to the date of each auction. Non-movable items will be available <br /> for inspection prior to the Auction. City will transport any unsold City property from the <br /> 5 <br />
