Sludge Pumping <br /> Prepare opinions of probable construction cost for the alternatives and <br /> develop a cost-effectiveness analysis of the alternatives based Qn the <br /> opinions of probable construction costs, operating and maintenance costs, <br /> and other project costs. <br /> 2) Conduct up to three days of site visits with representative(s) of Owner to <br /> evaluate operational considerations of sludge processing equipment. <br /> 3) Prepare recommendations regarding equipment alternatives and review <br /> with Owner and CM in a progress meeting. <br /> 2.5 Sludge Processing Facilities <br /> 1) Evaluate alternative layouts and develop preliminary site plan. <br /> 2) Develop conceptual building and structure floor plans. <br /> 3) Develop architectural eleva tion sketches. <br /> 4) Prepare a facilities description, including: <br /> a. Site conditions, including preliminary drainage and foundation <br /> requirements. <br /> b. Flow scheme and major process components for solids processing <br /> systems. <br /> c.
