HV AC systems. <br /> 0- Odor control facilities for proposed sludge stabilization and sludge <br /> ö' <br /> dewatering facilities. <br /> 5) Develop basic utilities services requirements, including standby power. <br /> 6) Evaluate and establish monitoring and control systems for the facilities. <br /> 7) Coordinate design development with liquid phase design consultant. <br /> 2.6 Preliminary Design Report <br /> 1) Prepare a draft of Preliminary Design Report which summarizes the <br /> results of Tasks 2.1 through 2.5. Submit 5 copies each for Owner and CM <br /> to review. <br /> 2) Meet with Owner and CM during a progress meeting and obtain <br /> comments on the draft Preliminary Design Report. Resolve any <br /> questions, revise documents if necessary, and resubmit five copies of final <br /> Preliminary Design Report each to Owner and CJv1. <br /> 2.7 Design Surveys <br /> 1) Assist Owner and CM in engaging a land surveyor to provide the <br /> necessary field design surveys for the preparation of construction <br /> drawings and specifications. Surveys will determine site topography, <br /> contours, critical hydraulic parameters, and critical tie-ins. <br /> 2.8 Geotechnical Services <br /> 1) Assist Owner and CM in e~gaging qualified geotechnical engineering <br /> services as described 1.1..J.lder Attachment C, including exploratory work, <br /> laboratory and field testing, and professional guidance in tests to be <br /> made at test locations based on preliminary drawings and designs and <br /> including professional interpretations of exploratory and test data. <br /> 2) After final design has proceeded to the point where structure locations, <br /> excavation depths, foundation loadings, and pipeline routiDgs have been <br /> established, submit the information to Owner's consultant for preparation <br /> of a final geotechnical evaluation and report considering both design <br /> parameters and constructability and as described under Attachment C. <br /> Task 3.0 - Define land Application Program <br /> 3.1 Conduct a meeting with Owner and CM to define the scope and mission <br /> of the biosolids land application program, and detemúne requirements <br /> for implementation of the program. <br /> A2218RPT.ATT CDM Camp Dresser & McKee A-4 <br />
