Establish operating procedures for individual <br /> unit processes and for overall operation of the sludge processing facilities. <br /> 4) Consult with Owner's personnel concerning a computerized maintenance <br /> management system. Provide 40 hours of onsite consult'ation, including a <br /> total of 2 trips to the site. <br /> 5) Provide 64 hours of office consulting concerning the correction of items <br /> relating to the operations. Advise Owner and CM regarding correction of <br /> operational problems. <br /> 8.3 Performance Certification <br /> 1) After all facilities have been placed into service, prepare and submit to <br /> Owner and CÌVl a written report summarizing observations made during <br /> startup of the facility, the operational status of all equipment and <br /> systems, any known deficiencies that affect operations or maintenance of <br /> the facilities, any continuing operation or performance problems with the <br /> new facilities, and any recommended changes to current operational <br /> procedures or guidelines. All available operatior¡. and performance <br /> morútoring data will be included and used to support any conclusions or <br /> recommendations. <br /> 2) Provide 65 hours of office time and 96 hours of onsite time, including 4 . <br /> trips to the site, to consult concerning the correction of items relating to <br /> the operations which the Contractor has not completed. Advise Owner <br /> and CM regarding corrections of deficiencies. <br /> 3) At the end of a one year period following initial startup of the new <br /> facilities, inspect the treatm~nt facilities and compile a summary of <br /> operation and maintenance records and performance data for facilities. <br /> The data will be used to prepare an analysis of the condition and <br /> compare the performance of the facilities during the first year of <br /> operation with expected performance and NPDES Discharger Permit <br /> limitations. A report will be prepared and submitted to Owner and CM <br /> to summarize the findings and conclusions developed from the <br /> inspections and analysis.
