<br /> '(7£ <br /> -6- <br /> and fixtures (other than unattached, movable trade fixtures) <br /> which may be made or installed by either party hereto upon the <br /> Leased Premises shall become the property of Lessor at the <br /> termination of this Lease for any reason whatsoever, and at <br />~ <br />" the termination of this Lease shall remain upon and be <br /> surrendered with the Leased Premises, unless Lessor requests <br /> their removal, in which event Lessee shall remove the same and <br /> restore the Leased Premises to their original condition at <br /> Lessee's expense. <br /> 5.3 Lessee shall prevent any lien or obligation from being <br /> credited against or imposed upon the Leased Premises by reason <br /> of any alteration, repair, labor performed or materials <br /> , <br /> furnished to the Leased Premises for or on behalf of Lessee, <br /> and Lessee will discharge any lien or charge immediately after <br /> the lien occurs or charges become due and payable, provided <br /> that in the event Lessee disputes the lien or the claim upon <br /> which it is founded, Lessee shall have the right, without <br />¡ <br /> discharging said lien, to p~omptly pursue settlement or <br />._- litigation thereof without paying such claim until such time <br /> as the claim becomes final and subject to no further appeal by <br /> Lessee. Lessee shall hold harmless, indemnify and defend <br /> Lessor, its officers, agents and employees from and, against <br /> any claims related to such liens or charges. <br /> ARTICLE 6. <br /> signs <br /> 6.1 Lessee shall not, without Lessor's prior written consent (a) <br /> make any changes to the Hangar or (b) install any exterior <br /> lighting, shades or awnings, or any exterior decorations or <br /> paintings or (c) erect, install or change any signs, window or <br />'\ door lettering, placards, decorations, or advertising media of <br />. ~-~ any type which can be viewed from the exterior of the Leased <br /> Premises. Lessor shall not unreasonably withhold consent to <br /> any of the hereinabove items. <br />
