The maximum total permitted occupancy of each enclosed building, as <br />determined by the chief building official, shall be posted in a visible <br />location within the building. This limit shall not be exceeded at any time <br />¡ - within any building. (3 points) <br /> <br />I : e. !he m.aximun: number of persons permitted at one time on t~e premises, <br />I IncludIng all Indoor and outdoor areas, shall be determined by the <br />I planning and zoning commission based upon the following <br />! considerations, but in no case shall the limit be less than the total <br />permitted occupancy posted in accordance with subsection (d)(3)d of this <br />section: <br /> <br />1. The availability of permanent restroom facilities; <br /> <br />2. The width of abutting streets in relation to the potential for traffic <br />congestion and accessibility for emergency vehicles; <br />. <br /> <br />3. The availability of off-street and on-street parking; <br /> <br />4. The relationship of the property to surrounding neighborhood uses; <br />and <br /> <br />5. The existence of screening or buffering elements along the property <br />lines abutting other lots. <br /> <br />The maximum number of persons on the premises at one time shall not <br />exceed the limit established by the planning and zoning commission. (2 <br />points) <br /> <br />f. Social functions shall not be held or conducted during the following hours: <br /> <br />1. Between 11 :00 p.m. and midnight on a Sunday, MondaY" Tuesday, <br />Wednesday or Thursday; <br /> <br />2. Between midnight and 7:00 a.m. on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, <br />Thursday or Friday; or <br /> <br />3. Between 1 :00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday or Sunday. (2 points) <br /> <br />g. Outdoor litter on the premises or on public property within 200 feet of the <br />premises resulting from social functions at the fraternity/sorority building <br />shall be cleaned up by 10:00 a.m. on the morning following the social <br />function. (1 point) <br /> <br />I h. Parking of guests' vehicles in the street, if permitted, shall not block <br />! adjacent driveways or restrict passage of any emergency vehicle. (3 <br />points) <br /> <br />i. The number of off-street parking spaces available shall be adequate for <br />the number of anticipated residents in accordance with section 114.641 <br />et seq.; provided, however, that any spaces required by the planning and <br />zoning commission in addition to the minimum of one per person capacity <br />of the permanent sleeping facilities may be located on private or <br />university owned property other than the site of the fraternity/sorority <br />building if approved by the planning and zoning commission' as a <br />
