Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (two copies) <br /> . U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service <br /> . Texas Antiquities Committee and Texas Historical Commission <br /> . U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br /> . Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission <br /> Address comments received from the public and the coordinating agencies in the Final EA. <br /> Include copies of all correspondence received from the public and the above agencies in <br /> an appendix to the Final EA. Forward two Draft copies of the Final EA to the CITY for <br /> review. Following the review, five (5) copies of the Final EA will be forwarded to the CITY. <br /> The Texas Water Development Board may be able to obtain clearance from.the Texas <br /> Antiquities Committee (ATC) for this and may be able to obtain the necessary permit from <br /> the A TC, perform necessary literature searches, and perform the required pedestrian <br /> surveys. <br /> Providing a private Archeologist is not included in this scope of work. <br /> 9 <br />
