<br /> '~J <br /> 1.3 BASIC SERVICES PHASE 2 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT, CONSTRUCTION <br /> CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION AND BIDDING <br /> To be determined at a later date and added to the Agreement by contract amendment. <br /> 1.4 BASIC SERVICES PHASE 3 - CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES <br /> To be determined at a later date and added to the Agreement by contract amendment. <br /> 1.5 BASIC SERVICES PHASE 4 - POST CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br /> To be determined at a later date and added to the Agreement by contract amendment. <br /> 1.6 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> 1.6.1 Any work requested by the CITY of the ENGINEER that is not included in Sections <br /> 1.2 through 1.5 will be classified as Additional Services. Preparation of presentation <br /> graphics and/or handouts for public meetings will be an additional service. <br /> 1.6.2 Additional services will include, but are not limited to: <br /> A. Preparing applications and supporting documents for government grants, <br /> loans, or planning advances and providing data for detailed applications. <br /> B. Revisions and changes required after approval by the CITY of the <br /> preliminary design report. <br /> C. Preparing archeological surveys and 404 Permit Applications. <br /> D. Appearing before regulatory agencies or courts as an expert witness in any <br /> litigation with third parties arising from the development or construction of the <br /> Project, including the preparation of engineering data and reports for <br /> assistance to the CITY, where the matter does not involve a claim of <br /> negligence on the part of ENGINEER. <br /> E. Investigations involving detailed consideration of operation, maintenance and <br /> overhead expenses, and the preparation of a rate schedules, ea["nings and <br /> expense statements, feasibility studies, appraisals, evaluations, assessment <br /> schedules, and material audits or inventories required for certification offorce <br /> account construction performed by the CITY. <br /> F. Sampling, testing or analysis beyond that specifically included in Basic <br /> Services or Special Services. <br /> 11 <br />
