<br />1'66 <br /> <br /> <br />(12) Coordinate all closing activities through the <br />designated title company which will result in the <br />issuance of o~vners title insurance. <br /> <br />(13) Prepare written reports regarding the acquisition <br />process as requested by San Marcos. <br /> <br />(14) Attend staff, consultant and City council meetings <br />as requested by San Marcos. <br /> <br />(15) Coordinate and assist San Harcos ~.¡i th required <br />special commissioners hearings as needed for <br />eminent domain proceedings. <br /> <br />(16) Maintain complete acquisition files to be turned <br />OVer to San Marcos at the completion of the <br />project. <br /> <br />(17) Provide adequate notice to San Harcos so that San <br />Harcos can ensure that deposits to secure <br />possession are made in a timely fashion. <br /> <br />(18) Perform all duties in connection ~vi th the <br />acquisition of property as requested in writing by <br />San Marcos. . <br /> <br />C. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS <br /> <br />The following items will be providèd by Austin: <br /> <br />(1) Supervision of Austin's staff. <br /> <br />(2) Support staff for Austin acquisition personnel. <br /> <br />(3) Pagers, computers, modem for computers (if needed), <br />cellular phones and office supplies not provided by <br />San Marcos. <br /> <br />2. San Marcos's Obligations. <br /> <br />A. OFFICE ASSISTANCE.
