<br /> j"ZQA <br /> -2- <br /> this subsection and shall instead refer any plat which the director <br /> refuses to approve to the commission for its consideration and <br /> action. Any such plat shall be acted on by the commission within <br /> thirty (30) days of the original filing of the plat. <br /> d. Any resubdivision of land requiring either a public hearing or public <br /> notification is not eligible for administrative approval and shall be <br /> acted upon by the commission. <br /> e. The director shall provide the commission with periodic reports <br /> regarding administratively approved minor plats. <br /> 3. Minor plats shall be prepared from an accurate, on the ground survey <br /> meeting the same surveying and monumentation standards required for <br /> final plats under this ordinance. <br /> 4. The form and content of minor plats shall conform with the requirements <br /> for final plats in Article V, Section E.1 of this ordinance except for the <br /> following: <br /> . <br /> a. Eight (8) copies of blue or black line prints, in lieu of fifteen (15) <br /> prints, may be submitted for minor plats being considered for <br /> administrative approval. <br /> b, Cost estimates are only required if minor utility extensions are <br /> necessary. <br /> c. For administratively approved minor plats, the commission approval <br /> space shall be replaced with: <br /> Approved and authorized for record by the Director of the Planning <br /> and Development Services Department of the City of San Marcos, <br /> Texas, this (date) <br /> <br /> Director of Planning <br /> Witness: <br /> Recording Secretary <br /> 5. Processing of minor plats: <br /> a. The subdivider shall file the appropriate application form and pay <br /> fees relating to the subdivision process in the amounts set by <br /> separate ordinance. A plat shall not be considered filed for <br /> processing until all documentation required by ordinance is <br /> submitted and all fees are paid, <br /> b. The planning director shall process the plat and ensure that it is <br /> checked for conformance to city ordinances. <br /> c, The planning director shall act on all minor plats that are eligible for <br /> administrative approval within ten (10) working days, If the director <br /> does not approve the plat administratively, the plat shall be <br /> forwarded with comments to the commission for action at the next <br />
