/ZgH issue change orders not previously approved in writing by CITY, and no course of conduct on the part of ENGINEER or CITY will amend, waive or alter this provision, 1,5,12 Prepare and submit to the CITY a set of reproducible record drawings showing all significant changes in the work made during the construction phase. 1,5,13 Act on claims of the CITY, CM and the Contractor relating to the acceptability of the work or the interpretation of the requirements of the Construction Contract Documents, 1,5,14 Upon substantial completion, inspect the construction work and assist CITY and CM in preparing a punch list of those items to be completed or corrected before final completion of the Project. 1.5.15 Upon completion or correction of the items of work on the punch-list, assist the CITY and CM in conducting a final inspection to determine if the work is completed, 1,5,16 Prior to the end of the one year warranty period, assist the CM in reviewing the completed Project with the CITY and the Contractor, in having all deficient items corrected, and in ensuring that nominal amounts of replacement materials for maintenance purposes are furnished to the CITY by the Contractor. 1.6 BASIC SERVICES PHASE 5 - POST CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Operation and Maintenance Manual 1.6,1 Prepare an operation and maintenance manual ("O&M") manual for the Project in the following format: (a) Introduction, Brief statement of manual purpose; description of unit processes and flow path; summary of permits and standards which must be met; table of design criteria, (b) Operational Considerations, Discussion of operational theory, control variables, process control and process efficiency for the treatment facilities. (c) Facilities Description, Operation and Control of Facilities. Discussion of the operation and purpose of each unit treatment process. (d) Description and Operation of the Auxiliary Facilities, Discussion of nontreatment systems, including odor control, air systems, flow measurement devices, and water seal systems, (e) Utilities. Brief description of utility services, including address and telephone numbers of suppliers.
