<br /> /ZgH <br /> issue change orders not previously approved in writing by CITY, and no course of conduct <br /> on the part of ENGINEER or CITY will amend, waive or alter this provision, <br /> 1,5,12 Prepare and submit to the CITY a set of reproducible record drawings showing all <br /> significant changes in the work made during the construction phase. <br /> 1,5,13 Act on claims of the CITY, CM and the Contractor relating to the acceptability of the <br /> work or the interpretation of the requirements of the Construction Contract Documents, <br /> 1,5,14 Upon substantial completion, inspect the construction work and assist CITY and <br /> CM in preparing a punch list of those items to be completed or corrected before final <br /> completion of the Project. <br /> 1.5.15 Upon completion or correction of the items of work on the punch-list, assist the <br /> CITY and CM in conducting a final inspection to determine if the work is completed, <br /> 1,5,16 Prior to the end of the one year warranty period, assist the CM in reviewing the <br /> completed Project with the CITY and the Contractor, in having all deficient items corrected, <br /> and in ensuring that nominal amounts of replacement materials for maintenance purposes <br /> are furnished to the CITY by the Contractor. <br /> 1.6 BASIC SERVICES PHASE 5 - POST CONSTRUCTION SERVICES <br /> Operation and Maintenance Manual <br /> 1.6,1 Prepare an operation and maintenance manual ("O&M") manual for the Project in <br /> the following format: <br /> (a) Introduction, Brief statement of manual purpose; description of unit <br /> processes and flow path; summary of permits and standards which <br /> must be met; table of design criteria, <br /> (b) Operational Considerations, Discussion of operational theory, control <br /> variables, process control and process efficiency for the treatment <br /> facilities. <br /> (c) Facilities Description, Operation and Control of Facilities. Discussion <br /> of the operation and purpose of each unit treatment process. <br /> (d) Description and Operation of the Auxiliary Facilities, Discussion of <br /> nontreatment systems, including odor control, air systems, flow <br /> measurement devices, and water seal systems, <br /> (e) Utilities. Brief description of utility services, including address and <br /> telephone numbers of suppliers. <br />
