IZfl<- (f) Preparation for litigation, arbitration, or other legal or administrative proceedings; and appearances in court or at arbitration sessions in connection with bid protests, change orders, or construction incidents, (g) Additions to an engineering report to update or revise original recom m endations. -"~ (h) Extensive revision of design, drawings, and specifications to incorporate changes arising from value engineering review. (i) An environmental assessment as requested by CITY or required by review agencies, U) Observing factory tests and/or field testing of equipment that fails to pass the initial test. (k) Conducting pilot plant studies and tests, (I) Visits to the construction site or to CITY's location in excess of the number of such trips and the associated time set forth in other Sections 1.2 through 1,6 of this Agreement . (m) Preparation of a master construction schedule from individual schedules subm itted by construction contractors, and coordination and resolution of conflicts with contractor's sèhedules.
