This will include evaluation of the <br /> treatment process with and without primary clarifiers; and phosphorous removal by <br /> biological processes and chemical precipitation. <br /> 1,3.5 Prepare opinions of probable construction cost for the alternatives and make a <br /> cost-effectiveness analysis of the alternatives based on the opinions of probable <br /> construction cost, operating and maintenance costs, and other Project costs. <br /> 1,3,6 Prepare recommendations and review with CITY and CM in a workshop, <br />
