This budget will be incorporated <br /> in the Program Management Plan. <br /> b. Prepare estimates of cost.for the two Construction Projects and for the <br /> Procurement Contract at the 60%, 95%, and final design stages, each <br /> with appropriate contingency funds. Compare these costs to the <br /> original Program budget and provi de the information to design <br /> consultants to help keep construction costs within budget. . <br /> c.
