Establish and implement a change order cost control system for use in <br /> each construction project. Prepare estimates of proposed contract <br /> modifications for comparison with contractors. pricing and for use in <br /> negotiating an equitable .cost for contract modifications.. <br /> f. Prepare a summary report of total project costs for each construction <br /> project in a final report listing all change orders. I dent i fy any <br /> unresolved issues that may have a cost impact. <br /> g. Incorporate cost estimates into the Management Information System to <br /> monitor overall Program costs. <br /> Deliverables include detailed cost estimates with a summary and a technical <br /> memorandum describing the purpose of each estimate, the scope of the items <br /> estimated and a recommended contingency. <br /> 1.08 Scheduling <br /> Prepare schedules for individual construction projects and integrate these <br /> into an overall Program schedule. Perform reviews of the contractors. <br /> detailed construction schedules to determine if they are consistent with <br /> the overall Program schedule. Tasks include: <br /> a. Prepare a draft Program master schedul e for the Program Management <br /> Plan. The Program schedule wi 11 i denti fy management tasks and <br /> activities, specific design and construction projects consistent with <br /> the work breakdown structure, and dates in the TNRCC draft permit. The <br /> draft schedule will be incorporated into the Program Management Plan. <br /> b. Update the draft Program master schedule to reflect the final workplans <br /> developed by the Design Consultant and construction contractor for each <br /> construction project. <br /> c. Prepare a milestone schedule that indicates the last acceptable date <br /> for each scheduled activity and the party responsible for each <br /> activity. <br /> d. Monitor the Program master schedule and milestone schedule and revise <br /> as necessary to determine the impact of scope and schedule changes. <br /> e.
