Compare actual with planned progress each month during each <br /> construction project to determine if project is on schedule. Include <br /> information regarding overall Program schedule in monthly summary <br /> reports. :.. <br /> h. Incorporate contract modifications for each construction project and <br /> their schedule impacts in the Program master schedule. Use this <br /> information to assess the impact of contract changes on the project to <br /> negotiate an equitable change in the contract time or amount. <br /> i. " <br /> 2.00 TECHNICAL REVIEW AND CONSULTATION <br /> Review the deliverables listed in Attachment 4 to this exhi bit in <br /> conj unct i on wi th the City I S revi ew process and report to the City on <br /> compliance with Program standards. List areas of non-compliance. Meet <br /> with Design Consultants to present specific comments, resolve issues <br /> related to interpretations of non-compliance with Program requirements and <br /> decide on the required modifications: Prepare a final response to the <br /> Design Consultants and review the revised deliverable for conformance with <br /> the agreed upon modi fi cati ons. The need for more than one meeti ng or <br /> review cycle per construction project on a specific deliverable will be <br /> considered an Additional Service.
