Documents required for this purpose include contractors. <br /> payment requests, field orders, change orders, on-site representation <br /> daily reports and project correspondence. <br /> f. State Revolving Fund Loan Program construction completion and project <br /> start-up documentation. Provide documentation required for <br /> finalization and closeout of the State Revolving 'Loan Fund Program <br /> fil es. Coordinate with the Texas Water Development Board and assist <br /> the City in closing out the loan. <br /> De Ziverab les include a summary report on use of project funds and <br /> remaining funds, project completion report and procedures for <br /> correction of warranty items. <br /> h. Provide assistance with application for a Nationwide 404 Permit. Meet <br /> with the Corp of Engineers and if appropriate file a letter application <br /> for the Nationwide permit.
