<br /> ( 3() V <br /> a. Review proposed improvements for wastewater collection systems and <br /> treatment works withi n the planning area to evaluate environmental <br /> impacts. Services include: <br /> 1. Four person-days of field investigation. <br /> 2. Review of existing environmental documentation for the study area. <br /> 3. Consultation with the Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife <br /> Service, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, Texas Natural Resource <br /> Conservation Commission, and the environmental staff of the Texas <br /> Water Development Board. <br /> b. Prepare an Environmental Assessment report which will include: <br /> 1. Description of the proposed construction project. <br /> 2. Environmental baseline conditions. <br /> 3. Pertinent maps (floodplains, project layout, planning area, general <br /> vegetation, and soils). <br /> 4. Copies of correspondence with the agencies. <br /> 5. Project impacts. <br /> 6. Recommended mitigation measures. <br /> 7. Identi fi cati on of permits that may be requi red to construct the <br /> proposed improvements. <br /> The Basic Services fee is based on the assumption that the Texas Water <br /> Development Board wi 11 provide consultation with the State Historic <br /> Preservation Officer under an existing memorandum of agreement between the <br /> two agencies. Preparation of permit applications, negotiation with agencies <br /> to obtain permits, or detailed wetland delineations are additional services <br /> that can be provided upon request. <br /> De Ziverab les include 10 copies of the draft final and 10 copies of the <br /> final Environmental Assessment. <br /> 3.03 Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan <br /> Prepare a municipal Water Conservation and Drought Contingency plan, using <br /> i nformati on provi ded by the City, accordi ng to Texas Water Development <br /> Board guidelines. <br /> a. Make one trip to San Marcos to discuss the information needed for the <br /> Water Conservation and Drought Contingency plan in detail with the City <br /> staff and to compile and review the following information provided by <br /> the City: <br /> 1.
