Information regarding any existing water conservation programs. <br /> b. Prepare the plan based on the information available. Submi t the draft <br /> report to the City for review and comment. Make one trip to San Marcos <br /> to discuss the Cityls comments regarding the plan. Revise the plan to <br /> incorporate the Cityls comments. <br /> Deliverables include 2 copies of the draft plan. <br /> c. Submit the revised draft plan to the Texas Water Development Board for <br /> review. Incorporate Texas Water Development Board comments as <br /> appropriate and prepare the final report. <br /> Deliverables include 2 copies of the revised draft plan. <br /> 3.04 NPDES Application for City of San Marcos Wastewater Utility Improvements <br /> . <br /> Prepare an NPDES permit application for the City's proposed wastewater <br /> treatment plant improvements. Includes coordination with the EPA by <br /> telephone, summarizing laboratory analysis reports for the application, <br /> drafting the required maps and schematic flow diagrams, and preparing the <br /> application forms. Prepare a draft application for the Cityls review. <br /> Prepare a final application and submit it to the EPA on the City's behalf <br /> upon receipt of the City's comments. <br /> Sampling and 1 aboratory analyses, evaluation of alternative treatment <br /> processes or effluent discharge points, and additional meetings with <br /> regulatory agencies, city or public required for the application are <br /> additional services that can be provided upon request. <br /> Deliverables include draft and final permit applications. <br /> 3.05 Assistance with Public Participation. Assist the City with public <br /> participation requirements by presenting the draft Environmental Assessment <br /> at one public meeting and responding to wri tten and verbal comments <br /> received during the public review period.
