<br /> Ç'$ßlf <br /> REL\ŒDIES: <br /> In the event that DYNIX is unable to successfully complete the test within 60 days of delivery of the first set of <br /> processed records to THE CITY then THE CITY may, at its option: <br /> ( I) stipulate time extension in which DYNIX must complete the Data Load Test and withhold all payments <br /> associated with the test which are due or may become due until the test is passed; or <br /> (2) reject the System, rescind the DYNIX contract, and require DYNIX to refund all monies paid to DYNIX by <br /> THE CITY under this Agreement to date.
