Based on this information¡ the ARCHITECT will prepare a <br />detailed schedule of its work for the Project addressing each <br />component of the work to be done, indicating the points of <br />involvement of all project participants. <br />1.1 PHASE 1 - PRELIMINARY DOCUMENTATION AND DESIGN <br />1.1.1 Part A - Facilitv Renovations and ADA Compliance <br /> Modifications <br /> The ARCHITECT will provide architectural services for the <br />facility renovations and ADA compliance modifications for the <br />following buildings hereinafter referred to as "Part An of the <br />Project: <br /> City Hall <br /> Municipal Building <br /> Old Police Station <br /> Old Public Library <br /> Parks and Recreation Building <br /> Environmental Health Department Building . <br /> Old Christian Church <br />1.1.2 Part A - Measured Drawinqs/Electronic Data Base <br /> The ARCHITECT will field measure the old Public Library <br />Building, the old Police Department Building and second floor <br />interior of the Municipal Building and photograph affected areas. <br />Based on these field measurements, photographs and existing floor <br />plan drawings provided to the ARCHITECT by the CITY, ARCHITECT <br />will develop a data base of existing floor plan and site plan <br />conditions for Part A. The ARCHITECT will prepare these documents <br />utilizing computer aided design and drafting equipment ( CADD) and <br />will provide the CITY with an electronic data base of existing <br />conditions. <br />1.1.3 Part A - Proqramminq <br /> The ARCHITECT will provide each City department with a <br />questionnaire for assessment of its current and future space <br />requirements. The ARCHITECT will interview the CITY's proj ect <br />representative and other appropriate parties designated by the <br />CITY to determine more precisely existing and future space needs. <br />The ARCHITECT will conduct a maximum of 12 interviews during this <br />phase of the work. <br /> The ARCHITECT will gather the program data described in this <br />Subsection¡ will collate the information and provide the CITY with <br />a written summary of anticipated space requirements specified by <br />City department and building structure. The ARCHITECT will meet <br />with the CITY to review the program and obtain approval of the <br />
