The ARCHITECT will also address potential construction planning in the preliminary design studies. At the conclusion of this work and prior to beginning Phase 2 of the Project! the ARCHITECT will prepare a preliminary opinion of probable construction costs for Part A of the Project. 1.1.5 Part B - ADA Compliance Modifications The ARCHITECT will visit each of the following sites and review the survey document provided by the CITY: Public Works Police Headquarters Lobby Police Headquarters Employee Area . Cock House Fire Station #2 Fire Station #4 Wastewater Treatment Building The ARCHITECT will develop a conceptual cost estimate by building for the noted ADA compliance modifications. The services provided under this Subsection are referred to as "Part B" of the Project.
