<br /> Ç'3f!; <br /> -3- <br />building program prior to initiating the design development phase <br />of the project. <br />1.1.4 Part A - Schematic Desiqn/preliminarv Opinion of <br /> Probable Construction Cost <br /> Based on the approved building program! the scale plan data <br />base, and the ADA survey provided by the CITY, the ARCHITECT will <br />prepare preliminary design studies for the renovation of the <br />buildings for the specified functions and for ADA accessibility. <br />The ARCHITECT will also address potential construction planning in <br />the preliminary design studies. At the conclusion of this work <br />and prior to beginning Phase 2 of the Project! the ARCHITECT will <br />prepare a preliminary opinion of probable construction costs for <br />Part A of the Project. <br />1.1.5 Part B - ADA Compliance Modifications <br /> <br /> The ARCHITECT will visit each of the following sites and <br />review the survey document provided by the CITY: <br /> Public Works <br /> Police Headquarters Lobby <br /> Police Headquarters Employee Area . <br /> Electrical Utility Lobby <br /> Electrical Utility Employee Area <br /> Fish Hatchery Building <br /> Dunbar Building <br /> Recreation Hall <br /> Rio Vista Pool Building <br /> Municipal Airport <br /> Animal Shelter <br /> Central Fire Station <br /> Charles S. Cock House <br /> Fire Station #2 <br /> Fire Station #4 <br /> Wastewater Treatment Building <br /> The ARCHITECT will develop a conceptual cost estimate by <br />building for the noted ADA compliance modifications. The services <br />provided under this Subsection are referred to as "Part B" of the <br />Project. Both parties agree that the ARCHITECT's services <br />provided under Subsection 1.1.5 are conceptual only and do not <br />include the preparation of measured drawings or the design and <br />documentation of building modifications. <br />1.2 PHASE 2 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT!
