sufficient to cause any of the following: <br /> <br />(A) The treatment plant to be in violation of its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System ~PDES) or TPDES permit; <br /> <br />(B) Any harmful or destructive condition in the city sewer system; or <br /> <br />(C) Any of the organic pollutants referred to in section 307(a)(1) of tbe Act, and listed in <br />appendix B to 40 CFR 403 to exist in the POTW effluent or sludge in excess of the <br />limitations established in the relevant state and/or federal rules and regulations. <br /> <br />(5) Garbage other than comminuted garbage. <br /> <br /> (6) Noxious or malodorous substances, including but not limited to hydrogen sulfide, sulphm' <br />dioxide or nitrogen oxides, which, either singly or by interaction with other materials, are capable <br />of causing objectionable odors or hazards to life. <br /> <br />(7) Any substance or material which: <br /> <br />(A) Forms solids in concentrations exceeding the limits established in this division; <br /> <br />(B) Creates a condition deleterious to any sewer system or treatment process owned or <br />operated by the city; or <br /> <br />(C) Requires unusual provisions, attention or expense to handle in the sewer system. <br /> <br /> (8) Phenols or other substances in concentrations that produce odor or taste in the receiving <br />stremn, where used as drinking water by other people. <br /> <br /> (9) Any biocidal agent that would interfere with the wastewater treatment process or <br />constitute a hazard to aquatic and terrestrial life or impair designated uses of the receiving <br />stream. <br /> <br /> (10) Waste containing radioactive materials in concentrations greater than allowable by <br />current regulations of the appropriate state or federal agencies. <br /> <br />(11) Any of the following: <br /> <br />(A) Solids or viscous pollutants in mnounts that will cause flow obstruction in the collection <br />system and/or the treatment plant system resulting in interference; <br /> <br />(B) Any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants (BOD, COD, etc.), released in a <br />discharge at a flow rate and/or concentration that will cause interference with the treatment <br />plant and/or sewer system; or <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br /> <br />
