/DCjL
1.4.13 TASK 13 -CfJM[]LATIVE IMPACTS
The CONSULTANT will assess the cumulative impacts of the proposed
project which include the indirect results from the changes in the
local economy, employment, work force and other factors that will
change after the project is in place. Cumulative impacts are broad in
implications but will be defined by the CONSULTANT in terms that are
acceptable to the agencies that will review the environmental
assessment.
1.4.14 TASK 14 -DOCUMENTATION PREPARATION
The CONSULTANT will prepare a written preliminary draft
environmental assessment report at the completion of the basic
assessment of the environmental consequences for the proposed project. .
The CONSULTANT will present this report to the CITY and the FAA for
detailed review prior to its publication in final form. The CONSULTANT
will allow three weeks for the complete review of the document by the
CITY and the FAA. The CONSULTANT will be available to meet and discuss
the report and to make any changes requested by the CITY and the FAA.
After the completion of the CITY/FAA review, the CONSULTANT will
incorporate comments and requested changes into the final draft
report. The final report will be prepared by the CONSULTANT in the
format required by FAA Order SO50.4A and will contain_complete
documentation, background and survey data, drawings and exhibits
necessary to provide a complete analysis and assessment for the
proposed project. The draft environmental assessment report will be
published by the CONSULTANT in the number of copieS' required by the
CITY and the FAA at no additional cost to the City.
The CONSULTANT will prepare exhibits and graphics necessary for
the conduct of public meetings and the required public hearing upon the
CITY's request at no additional cost to the CITY.
1.4.15 TASK 15-COORDINATION-REVIEWjPUBLIC HEARINGS
The CONSULTANT will initiate and coordinate all of the submittals
to the various appropriate agencies and the responses which are
received in return.
The CONSULTANT will conduct one public hearing in order to meet
the statutory requirements of the environmental process, and at least
two public information meetings in the locale that will be affected.
It is estimated that the environmental assessment as specified in
this Section 1.4 will be completed approximately three (3) months from
the time CONSULTANT is authorized to proceed with the work. The time
required to complete this part of the Project may be affected by the
amount of time required for review by State and Federal Agencies,
changes in the size of the Project by the CITY or other unforseen
complications beyond the control of the CONSULTANT.
-13-
