(c) After hearing a request for cancellation the electrical board may direct the electrical inspector to cancel the existing permit. No fees paid by the original permit holder shall be refunded nor credited toward the cost of the subsequent permit. ¡ Sec. 5-J.7J. to 5-J.75. Reserved. I Division 6. Penalties. Sec. 5-J.76. Prohibited Acts. It shall be unlawful for a person to violate any provision of this Article, including but not limited to the following: (1) To display or cause or permit to be displayed or to have in one's possession any license for the doing of any electrical work, knowing it to be fictitious or to have been canceled, suspended, or altered. ~ (2) To lend or permit the use of any license for the doing of any electrical work to any person not entitled to it under the provisions of this Article. (3) To display or to represent as one's own any license for electrical work when the license has not been lawfully issued to the person displaying it. (4) To fail or refuse to surrender to the building i official any license for eJ:ectrical work which has been I suspended or canceled. (5) To apply for or have in one's possession more than one current city electrical license of the same type. (6) To use a false or fictitious name or address in any application for any license or permit provided for in this Article, or any renewal or duplicate, or make a false statement or conceal a material fact or otherwise commit fraud in making any application. (7) To perform any electrical work for which a license is required without having the license, or while the license is suspended, expired or canceled. (8) To perform electrical work in any manner in violation of any restrictions imposed on a restricted license. (9) To perform any electrical work for which a permit is required without having the permit, or after the permit has been canceled. (10) To fail or refuse to make the necessary repair or changes as provided in a written notice issued under Sec. 5- 169(b) or (g) of this Article. A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed each day after the expiration of the time for correction provided in the notice until the work is corrected. (11) For any person owning or in control of premises covered by this Article to permit electrical work covered by this Article to be performed by any person not properly licensed.
