No fees paid by the original <br /> permit holder shall be refunded nor credited toward the cost <br /> of the subsequent permit. <br /> ¡ <br /> Sec. 5-J.7J. to 5-J.75. Reserved. I <br /> Division 6. Penalties. <br /> Sec. 5-J.76. Prohibited Acts. <br /> It shall be unlawful for a person to violate any <br /> provision of this Article, including but not limited to the <br /> following: <br /> (1) To display or cause or permit to be displayed or to <br /> have in one's possession any license for the doing of any <br /> electrical work, knowing it to be fictitious or to have been <br /> canceled, suspended, or altered. ~ <br /> (2) To lend or permit the use of any license for the <br /> doing of any electrical work to any person not entitled to <br /> it under the provisions of this Article. <br /> (3) To display or to represent as one's own any license <br /> for electrical work when the license has not been lawfully <br /> issued to the person displaying it. <br /> (4) To fail or refuse to surrender to the building i <br /> official any license for eJ:ectrical work which has been I <br /> suspended or canceled. <br /> (5) To apply for or have in one's possession more than <br /> one current city electrical license of the same type. <br /> (6) To use a false or fictitious name or address in any <br /> application for any license or permit provided for in this <br /> Article, or any renewal or duplicate, or make a false <br /> statement or conceal a material fact or otherwise commit <br /> fraud in making any application. <br /> (7) To perform any electrical work for which a license <br /> is required without having the license, or while the license <br /> is suspended, expired or canceled. <br /> (8) To perform electrical work in any manner in <br /> violation of any restrictions imposed on a restricted <br /> license. <br /> (9) To perform any electrical work for which a permit is <br /> required without having the permit, or after the permit has <br /> been canceled. <br /> (10) To fail or refuse to make the necessary repair or <br /> changes as provided in a written notice issued under Sec. 5- <br /> 169(b) or (g) of this Article. A separate offense shall be <br /> deemed to be committed each day after the expiration of the <br /> time for correction provided in the notice until the work is <br /> corrected. <br /> (11) For any person owning or in control of premises <br /> covered by this Article to permit electrical work covered by <br /> this Article to be performed by any person not properly <br /> licensed. In addition to other penalties assessed, such <br /> person shall immediately upon notification by the electrical <br />
