<br /> I ](p C, <br /> -4- <br />103.1.7.1 No permit shall be issued for any building or <br />structure on a property for which a final plat has not <br />been approved and filed for record, with the following <br />exceptions: <br /> 1. Permits for single-family residences and duplexes <br /> constructed prior to March 10,1975 may'be issued <br /> if such permits are for accessory buildings, <br /> additions, remodeling, repair or for replacement <br /> of existing construction to be demolished. <br /> 2. A Permit for a multifamily residential or <br /> nonresidential remodeling or repair may be issued <br /> if it: <br /> a. Does not result in building expansion; <br /> b. Does not cause a change in use that would <br /> result in an increased impact on the city's <br /> infrastructure; and <br /> c. Is for a building constructed prior to March <br /> 10, 1975. <br /> ~ <br /> 3. Demolition permits. <br />103.1.7.2 A certificate of occupancy shall not be <br />issued for a building in any subdivision which was <br />subdivided on or after March 10, 1975 in which the <br />standards contained in the subdivision ordinance, or the <br />standards or conditions pertaining to approval of the <br />plat have not been fully met, if the unmet standard or <br />condition relates in any manner to the building for which <br />the certificate of occupancy is sought. <br /> , <br />103.2.3 is amended bv the deletion of the last sentence <br />precedinq the EXCEPTION, and the EXCEPTION. <br />103.6.2 is amended bv the deletion of the last sentence. <br />103.7.1 is amended to read as follows: <br />103.7.1 Prescribed Fees <br />A permit shall not be issued until the total permit fee, <br />as prescribed in 103.7 and in separate ordinances, has <br />been paid. An amendment to a permit shall not be <br />approved until any increase in fees connected with the <br />amendment has been paid. Permit fees may be reduced or <br />eliminated for specific permits only with city council <br />approval. <br />103.9.1 is amended to read as follows: <br />103.9.1 Certificate of Occupancy. <br />103.9.1.1 It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy <br />a new building, or to change the occupancy, nature or use <br />of all or part of an existing building with respect to <br />the occupancy classifications of this Chapter, or to uses <br />as permitted under the General Zoning Ordinance, until <br />after the building official has issued a certificate of <br />occupancy. <br />103.9.1.2 A certificate of occupancy may be issued only <br />when all required inspections for compliance with <br />applicable laws and ordinances and approved plans and <br />specifications are completed. The certificate shall <br />state the nature of the occupancy permitted, the number <br />of persons and the allowable load per square foot for <br />
